Annual feast at Hegde Nagar
The annual feast of St. Mary’s church at Hegde Nagar was solemnized this year with great pomp and gaiety on the 15th of October 2023. In honour of the church feast, there was a Tridium with a special rosary and homilies on family in three different languages as is the year of family. The Solemn festive mass was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Silvestre D’Souza, Provincial of KG Province, who gave an inspiring homily on the family and Mother Mary. The evening solemn Eucharist celebration was concelebrated by friars of Bangalore region. The festal celebration was concluded with a car procession and Eucharistic adoration The parish priest Fr. Boniface D’ Souza thanked all who helped to celebrate the feast.
