Solemn Feast of St Therese at Pushpanjali
The Pushpanjali Community in Gorwa-Vadodara celebrated a solemn and spiritually enriching commemoration of St. Therese of the Child Jesus, the patroness of their monastery. The event spanned several days and included a Triduum of reflection and prayer, culminating in a grand celebration on St. Therese's Feast Day, October 1st. There were around 600 people who witnessed the celebration.

In preparation for the Feast of St. Therese, the Pushpanjali Community organized a Triduum, a period of three days of reflection and prayer. Each day was dedicated to exploring different aspects of St. Therese's life and spirituality:

1. St. Therese's Call to Holiness: The first day focused on St. Therese's vocation and her profound sense of call to holiness. Through prayers, meditations, and discussions, participants contemplated how St. Therese's unwavering faith and dedication can inspire them to live holier lives.

2. Way to Holiness: On the second day, the community delved into the spiritual journey of St. Therese. This included discussions on her "Little Way," a simple but powerful path to holiness through acts of love and devotion. Attendees were encouraged to reflect on how they could incorporate this approach into their own lives.

3. Holiness of St Therese: The final day of the Triduum focused on the concept of holiness in the life of St Therese itself. Participants were invited to explore what holiness means to them personally and how St. Therese's example could guide them in their pursuit of holiness.

The Feast of St. Therese celebrated on October 1st, was the pinnacle of the commemoration. The day's activities included:

1. Procession with St. Therese's Holy Relic: A grand procession was organized, with St. Therese's Holy Relic at its center. The community members and attendees marched in devotion, as they celebrated the life and legacy of St. Therese.

2. Solemn Holy Eucharist: The procession led to the celebration of a Solemn Holy Eucharist, a deeply spiritual and reverential service. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in the sacrament and reflect on the teachings of St. Therese.

3. Veneration of the Holy Relic: Following the Eucharist, attendees had the chance to venerate St. Therese's Holy Relic. This act of reverence allowed participants to connect with the saint on a personal level and seek her intercession.

After the spiritual celebration, a stage was prepared for a cultural presentation. This was a joyful expression of gratitude and celebration, showcasing the talents and creativity. The performance was not only entertaining but also conveyed the essence of St. Therese's teachings.

The feast day of St. Therese of the Child Jesus at Pushpanjali served as a reminder of the enduring relevance of St. Therese's teachings and her ability to touch the lives of those who seek holiness.
