Mount Carmel Spirituality Centre Edmonton
Construction Progress Report
The Mount Carmel Spirituality Centre in Edmonton stands as a beacon
of spiritual nourishment and community engagement. Since its
inception, this center has served as a vital hub for fostering
spiritual growth and providing a sanctuary for individuals seeking
solace and reflection. With the ongoing construction efforts, we are
on the brink of witnessing the fulfillment of a vision that promises
to enrich countless lives for years to come.
Under the dedicated supervision of Superior Fr. Jerome Moras, along
with the invaluable contributions of Fr. Frank Sharma and Fr. Kevin
Fernandes, the construction work at the Mount Carmel Spirituality
Centre has progressed steadily.
The photos provided depict the real-time progress of the
construction, showcasing the dedication and diligence with which
each phase has been executed.
It is with great anticipation and excitement that we announce the
solemn inauguration of the Mount Carmel Spirituality Centre on July
16, 2024. This momentous occasion will be graced by the esteemed
presence of Fr. Silvestre Dsouza, Provincial and Most Rev. Richard
Smith, Archbishop of Edmonton, and other dignitaries.
As we approach this significant milestone, we urge each member of
our community to join in prayer for the success of the Mount Carmel
Spirituality Centre. May our efforts be guided by divine grace, and
may this center serve as a source of inspiration and enlightenment
for all who seek refuge within its walls.
With warm regards,
Fr. Rudolf V. D’Souza OCD
