Day of Prayer and Healing at St. Martin the Tour Parish, Mpandagindo, Songea Archdiocese, Tanzania.
St. John of the cross, the Carmelite Mystic says, “Whoever flees Prayer flees all that is good”. Yes prayer is a strong instrument which builds a bond between man and God. So knowing the need of time we the Carmelite Priests have set a day of Prayer and Healing at our Parish at Mpandagindo. It’s arranged on every first Tuesday of the month. The Day begins with Praise and worship at 9 AM followed by Preaching and two hours of Adoration of the Holy Eucharist. Many people have experienced the healing from Jesus already. The Preaching is done by the renowned Preachers. Though we are in a village we see a great many people come from the city to experience Jesus keeping aside all their daily chores.
